Christopher Turner Couture & The 200 Club

Effective Date: February 9, 2026

1. The Nature of Bespoke

All garments created by Christopher Turner Couture are bespoke—individually designed, measured, and crafted to your unique specifications. Because these pieces cannot be resold, all commissions are considered final.

2. No-Refund Policy

Once production has commenced (defined as the cutting of cloth or ordering of specific materials), no refunds, returns, or exchanges are offered. This policy applies regardless of membership status in The 200 Club.

3. Inquiry & Invitation

The submission of a Private Inquiry or the payment of any initial consultation fee (if applicable) does not constitute an obligation for CTC to accept a commission or extend a membership invitation.

4. Quality & Fit Guarantee

While we do not offer refunds, we are committed to the perfect fit.

Alterations: Necessary adjustments to achieve the originally agreed-upon fit are provided at no charge within 60 days of delivery.
Remedy: In the rare event of a manufacturing defect, CTC will repair or reconstruct the garment at our discretion.

5. Governing Terms
