Effective Date: January 28, 2026

Last Updated: January 28, 2026

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to the official website of Christopher Turner Couture LLC ("CTC," "we," "us," or "our"), accessible at christopherturnercouture.com (the "Website"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Website, including any content, functionality, and services offered on or through the Website, as well as (as applicable) your inquiries regarding and participation in our bespoke services and private community, The 200 Club.

By accessing, browsing, or using this Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy (the "Privacy Policy"), which is incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of this Website immediately.

We reserve the right to modify, update, or revise these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

2. About Christopher Turner Couture

Christopher Turner Couture LLC ("Christopher Turner Couture," "CTC," "we," "us," or "our") is a luxury menswear house specializing in bespoke and custom-tailored garments, including suits, sports coats, trousers, and weekend pieces for discerning gentlemen who value heritage, exclusivity, and craftsmanship. We also offer an invitation-only private membership community known as The 200 Club.

Our core offerings include:

  • Bespoke Garment Commissions: Custom-tailored suits, sports coats, trousers, and related pieces crafted to the individual specifications of each client.

  • Mobile Atelier Experience: A private, appointment-based fitting service that comes directly to clients at their preferred location (availability varies by program).

  • Legacy Archive: A proprietary system through which garments, measurements, and personal stories may be preserved to be passed down through generations.

The 200 Club is distinct from other CTC services. Any capacity caps, invitation limits, or commission requirements described in these Terms apply to membership in The 200 Club private community and do not necessarily apply to non-member clients or other private/non-public programs offered by CTC.

3. The 200 Club — Private Membership Program

3.1 Overview; Invitation-Only; Capacity; Discretion

The 200 Club is a private, invitation-only membership community limited in capacity. Any stated cap (including "200") and any tier invitation limits apply to membership in The 200 Club private community—not to all Christopher Turner Couture clients and not to any other private or non-public programs CTC may offer. Depending on how The 200 Club is administered in a given period, membership may be limited to two hundred (200) invitations per year and/or two hundred (200) active members (or such other limit communicated by CTC in writing).

Membership is extended at the sole discretion of Christopher Turner based on fit, capacity, and alignment with our values of legacy, discernment, and craftsmanship.

Submitting a Private Inquiry does not guarantee an invitation or membership. Private inquiries are welcomed; however, an invitation is not guaranteed, and we may accept or decline any applicant for any reason (or no reason) to the fullest extent permitted by law. We may close inquiries, pause invitations, and limit capacity at any time.

3.2 No Membership Fees

The 200 Club does not charge a membership fee, initiation fee, or annual dues. Members commission bespoke garments directly through Christopher Turner Couture. Active membership status is maintained through minimum commission requirements as described below.

3.3 Membership Tiers and Commission Requirements

The 200 Club consists of three membership tiers, each with distinct capacity limits and commission requirements. There are no membership fees. Pricing is per garment and varies based on fabric, design, and other factors, and we do not guarantee availability of appointment times, fabrics, mills, makers, or production capacity.

3.3.1 Founding Members (Limited to 20)

  • Capacity: Limited to twenty (20) members.

  • Duration: Lifetime membership for the duration of the member's natural life, subject to compliance with our policies, Code of Conduct, and these Terms.

  • Commission Requirements: None. Founding Members are not subject to minimum commission requirements to maintain active membership status.

3.3.2 Heritage Members (Up to 80 per Year)

  • Capacity: Up to eighty (80) new Heritage Members may be invited per calendar year.

  • Commission Requirements: Heritage Members must commission a minimum of three (3) commissioned garments (bespoke suits OR bespoke sports coats and trousers) within each rolling twelve (12) month period, measured from the date the member joins.

3.3.3 Circle Members (Up to 100 per Year)

  • Capacity: Up to one hundred (100) new Circle Members may be invited per calendar year.

  • Commission Requirements: Circle Members must commission a minimum of two (2) commissioned garments (bespoke suits OR bespoke sports coats and trousers) within each rolling twelve (12) month period, measured from the date the member joins.

3.4 Definition of "Commissioned Garment"

For purposes of membership maintenance, a "commissioned garment" means (a) a bespoke suit, or (b) a bespoke sports coat + bespoke trousers, in each case commissioned through Christopher Turner Couture. Other items (including, without limitation, shirts, knitwear, outerwear, accessories, shoes, separate alterations, or services) do not count toward minimum commission requirements unless otherwise communicated by CTC in writing.

3.5 Rolling Twelve-Month Measurement Period

Commission requirements are measured on a rolling twelve (12) month basis from the date the member is accepted into The 200 Club. Each member's measurement period is individual and does not follow a calendar year.

3.6 Membership Status, Enforcement, and Waiting List (No Refunds)

If a Heritage Member or Circle Member does not meet the applicable minimum commission requirements within the rolling twelve-month period, the member may, at Christopher Turner's sole discretion, be moved to a confidential waiting list (and/or have membership status paused or converted to inactive status). Reinstatement is not guaranteed and may depend on capacity, alignment, and other considerations determined by CTC.

Because The 200 Club does not charge membership fees, initiation fees, or annual dues, there are no membership fees to refund in connection with a pause, change, or termination of membership status.

3.7 Program Modifications

We reserve the right to modify membership tiers, capacity limits, commission requirements, benefits, and policies from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active members. Continued participation in The 200 Club following notice of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

4. Private Inquiry Process

4.1 Submitting a Private Inquiry

Prospective members may submit a Private Inquiry through the designated form on this Website. By submitting a Private Inquiry, you:

  • Acknowledge that submission does not guarantee an invitation or acceptance;

  • Consent to be contacted by email and/or phone regarding your inquiry, and by SMS/text only if you indicate SMS/text is your preferred method of contact. If you opt into SMS/text, you may reply STOP to opt out at any time; message and data rates may apply;

  • Agree to the terms of our Privacy Policy regarding the collection, use, and storage of your information.

4.2 Review and Invitation

All Private Inquiries are reviewed personally by Christopher Turner. Invitations are extended at his sole discretion based on capacity, fit, and alignment with the values of The 200 Club. We are under no obligation to provide reasons for declining to extend an invitation.

4.3 Waiting List (Prospective Members)

Inquiries not immediately selected may be retained on a confidential waiting list indefinitely (unless deletion is requested). Prospective members on the waiting list may be contacted if and when a membership spot becomes available. The waiting list is confidential, and we do not disclose whether any individual is on the waiting list. You may request removal from the waiting list and deletion of your inquiry information at any time by contacting us at info@christopherturnercouture.com.

5. Bespoke Services; Separate Services; Non-Member Programs; Appointments; Legacy Archive; Orders & Sales

5.0 Separate Services; Non-Member Programs; No Right to Membership

CTC may, from time to time, offer bespoke, made-to-measure, offshore/custom, alterations, styling, or other tailoring programs and services to non-members on a private, referral, limited, or invitation basis (collectively, "Non-Member Services"). Non-Member Services are separate from The 200 Club. Purchasing, commissioning, or participating in any Non-Member Services does not confer membership, benefits, access, priority scheduling, or any other rights associated with The 200 Club.

For clarity: we do not represent that CTC only serves 200 total clients. Rather, The 200 Club is a distinct private community with its own membership limits and invitation practices, and those limits do not necessarily apply to other CTC offerings.

No purchase, commission, referral, or prior relationship creates any right to receive an invitation to The 200 Club. Invitation decisions remain entirely at CTC’s discretion.

5.1 Nature of Services

All garments commissioned through Christopher Turner Couture are bespoke, meaning they are made-to-measure and crafted to the individual specifications of each member. Due to the custom nature of our work, each commission is unique.

5.2 Mobile Atelier; Scheduling; Client Responsibilities; Travel/Hosting

Our Mobile Atelier service brings the fitting experience directly to our members at their preferred location, by appointment. Availability is subject to scheduling and geographic considerations, and we may limit, reschedule, or decline appointments based on capacity, travel logistics, safety, or other operational considerations.

You agree to provide a safe, appropriate, and private space for measuring and fittings (including adequate lighting and room to move), and to ensure that any location provided is lawful and reasonably safe for our team and our materials. If travel is required, additional travel-related requirements may apply (including, as applicable, minimum appointment windows, hosting conditions, and/or travel charges) and will be communicated in writing in advance where practicable.

5.3 Appointment Changes; Cancellations; Rescheduling

We ask for at least 48 hours' notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling. However, we reserve discretion to accommodate late changes when feasible, and to charge for reasonable costs or lost time associated with late cancellations, no-shows, or location changes (to the extent permitted by law and as communicated to you). We may also reschedule appointments due to circumstances outside our control.

5.4 Legacy Archive; Photography/Interview Participation; Consent for Public Use

The Legacy Archive is a proprietary service through which we preserve each member's measurements, garment history, fabric selections, and (if the member chooses) personal stories. The Legacy Archive is designed to facilitate the passing down of garments and sartorial heritage through generations.

Participation in the Legacy Archive, and participation in any photography, videography, interviews, or similar storytelling efforts, is optional. We will not use your name, likeness, voice, interview content, or identifiable story publicly without your explicit written consent. If CTC seeks to use any member content publicly (including on our Website, social channels, press materials, or marketing), such use will require a separate written release/consent, which may be presented digitally or in writing and must be affirmatively accepted by you.

5.5 Pricing; Estimates; Deposits; Payment

Pricing for bespoke commissions is provided on a per-garment basis and may vary based on fabric selection, design complexity, and other factors. Any pricing, quotes, or timelines are good-faith estimates unless expressly stated as binding in writing.

We may require a deposit (or payment in full) before ordering cloth, beginning pattern work, cutting, or otherwise commencing a commission. Payment terms will be communicated at the time of commission and may be set forth in an invoice and/or a separate commission agreement.

5.6 Lead Times; Fabric Availability; Substitutions; Color Variance

Lead times are estimates and may vary due to maker capacity, shipping delays, mill availability, supply chain interruptions, and other factors. Fabric availability is not guaranteed; mills may discontinue cloth, change lot numbers, or limit supply. If a chosen cloth becomes unavailable, we may propose reasonable alternatives.

You acknowledge that color and texture may appear different in person than on screens or in certain lighting conditions, and natural variations may occur between dye lots and materials.

5.7 Alterations; Fit; Subjective Preferences

Bespoke is an iterative process. Where included or agreed, we may provide reasonable alterations to achieve the intended fit based on the agreed design and measurements. Fit and style preferences are subjective, and you agree to communicate preferences clearly during fittings and reviews.

5.8 Final Sale Nature of Bespoke/Custom; No Returns

Because bespoke and custom garments are made to your specifications, all bespoke/custom commissions are final sale to the fullest extent permitted by law, and are not eligible for returns or refunds once work has commenced and/or materials have been ordered, except as required by applicable law or expressly agreed by CTC in writing.

5.9 Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failure to perform resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including without limitation acts of God, severe weather, fire, flood, labor disruptions, transportation interruptions, supply chain shortages, governmental actions, war, terrorism, civil unrest, public health emergencies, or internet/communications outages.

6. Intellectual Property

6A. Confidentiality; Discretion; Member Identity; Non-Disparagement

CTC and The 200 Club are built on discretion. You agree to treat all non-public information you learn through the Website, a private inquiry, membership communications, appointments, and/or bespoke services as confidential.

Without limiting the foregoing, you agree that you will not disclose, publish, or otherwise reveal the identity of any member (or prospective member), or any details of CTC operations, client experiences, program structure, pricing, or other non-public information that is not publicly shared by CTC, unless you have that person’s express permission and are otherwise legally permitted to do so. We likewise do not share member identities except as described in our Privacy Policy or with explicit consent.

You agree not to make, publish, or communicate any false statements about CTC, Christopher Turner, The 200 Club, or other clients/members. Nothing in this section prohibits truthful statements required by law or participation in protected legal processes, nor does it limit any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Membership is non-transferable and may not be assigned, sold, or gifted.
