  • Membership in The 200 Club is by invitation or private inquiry only.

  • Applicants must complete the Private Inquiry for Membership form truthfully and in full.

  • Christopher Turner Couture reserves the right to accept, decline, or revoke membership at its sole discretion, guided by ceremonial and brand alignment.

 

3. Use of Website & Services

  • The website and digital platforms are intended for private clients, members, and invited guests.

  • Content, including sketches, narratives, and ceremonial archives, is proprietary to Christopher Turner Couture.

  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or public display of content is strictly prohibited.

 

4. Membership & Commitments

  • Membership in The 200 Club signifies alignment with our values of heritage, exclusivity, and refinement.

  • Members agree to participate in ceremonial events, respect the privacy of fellow members, and uphold the integrity of the club.

  • Fees, commissions, or garment investments are communicated privately and must be honored in accordance with bespoke agreements.

 

5. Legacy & Archival Rights

  • Sketches, garments, and ceremonial records may be preserved in the Legacy Archive.

  • By joining, members consent to the discreet preservation of their persona within the mythology of The 200 Club.

  • Public release of archival material will only occur with explicit member or family consent.

 

6. Privacy & Confidentiality

  • All information provided through membership inquiries or private commissions is treated with strict discretion.

  • Our Privacy Policy governs how information is collected, used, and safeguarded.

  • Members agree not to disclose private club matters, ceremonies, or archives outside of approved contexts.

 

7. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, sketches, narratives, and ceremonial assets are the intellectual property of Christopher Turner Couture.

  • Members may commission garments and portraits, but ownership of creative rights remains with CTC unless otherwise agreed.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

  • Christopher Turner Couture and The 200 Club are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation, membership, or use of services.

  • All garments, sketches, and ceremonial experiences are provided “as is,” with artistry and discretion guiding their creation.

 

9. Governing Law

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom and the United States, reflecting our dual presence in luxury markets.

  • Disputes will be resolved privately, with discretion, and in accordance with applicable law.

 

10. Amendments

  • Christopher Turner Couture reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions to preserve ceremonial integrity and brand legacy.
