Refund Policy
Christopher Turner Couture & The 200 Club
Effective Date: November 29, 2025
1. Bespoke Commitment
At Christopher Turner Couture, every garment is conceived and crafted as a singular expression of the individual. Each commission is bespoke — tailored to personal measurements, preferences, and ceremonial standards. As such, refunds and returns are not offered.
2. Our Covenant of Fit
While refunds are not available, we uphold a covenant to ensure that each garment fulfills its intended refinement:
-
Alterations: If adjustments are required to achieve the correct fit, our atelier will perform alterations with precision and care.
-
Recut Garments: If alterations cannot achieve the desired result, we reserve the right to recut a new garment using the same cloth, provided it is available at the time of recut.
-
Cloth Availability: Should the original cloth no longer be available, the client will be invited to select a new cloth from our curated archive, ensuring continuity of refinement.
3. Preservation of Legacy
Every garment is treated as part of the client’s ceremonial narrative. Alterations and recuts are not concessions but acts of preservation — ensuring that the garment remains aligned with the mythology of Christopher Turner Couture and The 200 Club.
4. Closing Statement
This policy reflects our belief that bespoke clothing is not a transaction but a covenant. Each garment is a legacy piece, and our atelier stands behind its creation with the promise to make it right.
Would you like me to style this policy in the CTC website palette (deep navy, muted gold, ivory) so it reads like a ceremonial charter online, or keep it in plain text for compliance purposes?
